Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over 50$. A shipping fee of 10$ will be charged for orders with an amount below 50$. All orders are shipped from China, and we provide global international shipping services. Orders will be processed and shipped from China within 1-3 working days after receipt. An international courier tracking number will be generated after shipment, and you can receive the goods within 5-15 working days. If international logistics cannot deliver to your location after placing an order, we will issue an immediate refund. Return Policy
Most brand-new, unused, and well-packaged products can be returned within 20 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receiving the returned goods. Generally, personalized or customized products are not eligible for return. For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs and related expenses.
However, we shall not be held liable for any delay, loss or damage to shipments caused by force majeure events. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, typhoons), terrorist acts, wars, and other unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such occurrences, we will not offer monetary compensation. Nevertheless, we will promptly notify you of the incident and provide relevant evidence upon your request. Our sole obligation will be to assist in tracking the shipment status; if possible, we will also help arrange for re-delivery, with all additional costs to be borne by the buyer.
